Booking Your Spa Party

Fee free to book your Spa Party with us over the phone or through e-mail. Please have ready at the time of your booking the date and time of your Spa Party, the first and last names of all your guest, the services treatments they choose to receive, whether you will be having breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Spa and a credit card number to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your Spa Party or any of the services requested as part of the party, we require 1 week notice. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 1 week notice. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this cancellation policy.

Please make sure that all Spa Party guests are aware of this policy.

Spa Party Arrivals

All Spa Party guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments in order to complete a client consultation form and prepare for their services. To enable us to provide quality service to all clients, Spa treatments must be started and completed on time.

Food and Drinks: Groups are welcomed and encouraged to order food and beverages From Hotel.

Alcohol: Caesar Spa wishes that all guests enjoy themselves in a safe and responsible manner.
